I have attached the details sheets for the City of Memphis and for Shelby County but here is a recap example for a family premier plan.
Annual cost to employee | Annual cost to employer | Total annual cost | |
Active employee city of Memphis family premier plan | $3644.88 | $8504.72 | $12149.60 |
Active employee Shelby county Cigna OAP (PPO)family | $3972 | $9252 | $13,224 |
Retired city of Memphis employee, family plan any age, premier plan | $3644.88 | $8504.72 | $12149.60 |
Retired Shelby county employee over 65, medicare supplement plan | $1363.20 | $3180.96 | $4544.16 |
